This is literally the first review I've ever written, I never do them. But I was so satisfied with this product that I felt obligated to after seeing all the negative reviews. I'm so confused as to what some customers are talking about when they say theirs was either "tarnished" or the chain was broken. I've ordered from this source 3 times now and I've been satisfied each time. I ordered both of my boy's initials and my husband's, my orders were spaced apart. My only complaint would be the first 2 chains I got with the first 2 orders, did look like a "cheaper design".. just a very basic link but I've never had issues with either of them breaking or tarnishing and I never take it off. I wear them in the shower and everything. What urged me to write this review was the chain I received with my third order (letter M). It's BEAUTIFUL, as you can see in the pics I included, the first chain with no pendent on it is the chain I received with my first 2 orders, the chain with the 3 pendants on it is the chain I recently received with my third order and I LOVE it. It's a flatter/skinnier link and just looks much more elegant. If anyone from this business is reading my review, I just wanted to say thank you so much for the different style chain this time, I LOVE it!
