Yoga Lotus Pendant Necklace with Om Symbol - Gift for Women & Mom - Yoga & Meditation Jewelry

I love wearing this. It brings me so much joy. It has not tarnished even though I run and swim while wearing it.Gave this to my wife for mother's day and she had really enjoyed it. It's fairly small but it's versatile and works for all occasions.I bought this as a gift for a graduate due to the meaning of the Lotus flower and how it rises out of the mud into something so beautiful! Just as all her hard work, stress and late night studying allowed her to earn her degree. As one of her stress relievers during her college years was practicing yoga whenever she could, have the Ohm symbol in the center, with all the it represents,was perfect! Love the packaging (card and envelope). As a teacher, she loved the sentiment, "What we do today is what matters most," not only as a reminder to herself, but as something she will teach her students. I gave it four stars instead of five only because from its photo, I thought it would be two toned, silver Lotus and gold Ohm symbol. However, the pendant was all silver toned.I cannot say enough about this necklace. It’s wonderful. It’s very light to wear. The adjustable necklace has a charm at the end to keep it from moving. Appears to be very well made. I loved the packaging. Also LOOOOVE the dog on the front of the booklet they give you :) any company who shows off their cute little fur baby is a company I’ll stay with!I am sensitive to Nickle so I do my best to buy jewelry that is at the very least stainless steel if not Titanium.I was really hopeful for this necklace because it's beautiful, but I have 2 main complaints.First, I cannot wear it. After less than 24 hours on my skin I had open sores. I ended up needing a physician to prescribe dressings to help it heal.Second, in the small amount of time I had it on, it is impossible to keep the extra chain length where it belongs. It constantly rolls to the front and obscures the lotus.My suggestion would be to buy a .925 silver or find a company with better grade Stainless Steel. This was a waste of $25.I ordered this necklace as a birthday gift for a dear friend of mine. I searched for quite awhile before choosing this one. I was at first unsure due to it being stainless steel and not sterling but after viewing all of the photos (many times) I decided to order. I just received it and I am so pleased. It looks just as pretty in person as all the photos shown but better!. This is a lovely petite pendant necklace, very well made, adjustable length chain (which is nice to have) plus packaged nicely for gift giving. I love the inscription on the card which was also a deciding factor on buying it. I showed the necklace to my daughter and she really liked it as well plus hinted that she'd like to have one... looks like I may be placing another order, one for her as well as one for myself...Christmas gift for my Yoga instructor. I thought it was the perfect gift from me to her. I am a beginner and I cannot at this time to the half or full Lotus, so therefor I was giving her one in jewelry form.Pretty lotus blossom pendant however wish it was attached directly to the chain rather than freely sliding on it. Several times during the day, the back clasp slid to the front. After the first two times, I caught myself frequently checking to make sure the clasp was in the back where it belonged and not beside the pendant in front. A bit annoying. But leaving the pendant free to slide does give the option to adjust the drop to wear the necklace longer or shorter. The packaging that comes with the necklace was an unexpected added touch. It provided the perfect way to mail one (I purchased two) to my sister. Also appreciated the follow up emails from the seller to thank me for my order, to check on delivery and to ask (and respond to) my opinion of their jewelry. They seemed to be truly concerned and wanted me to be satisfied.Beautiful necklace, however it is poor quality... I purchased 2 of the 2 tone ones for me and a friend and within one day of wearing the necklace the pendant was one tone, a brassy color rather that the silver tone it came as. In the photo with my review yiu can see how it still has a bit of the original tone on the front... The chain is good quality... Love the necklace just disappointed with the quality.
