Excellent quality. I have worn every moment since receiving it, including in the shower, for the last 5 months. The stones are still intact, it probably needs cleaned and polished, but it hasn't tarnished as quickly as some of my other silver jewelry. The chain is sturdy, doesn't get caught in my hair, and layers well with other chains. I was slightly disappointed that it did not come with a funnel, but the dense paper did work to insert ashes, even with my shaky hands, tears, and fumbling. The tooth pick included was most necessary, and I cannot complain about one thing overall. Great product and I'm proud to have chosen it as the vessel to hold my dear beloved close to my heart.
