It was so easy to put in ( as long as you dont have nails ) been in a week so far and hasnt feel out. I had my dermal for almost 10 yrs now and the diamond feel out about 6 months after I got it and I havent had one since because they never stayed.Nice and perfect, I don't like the big stones and this one is just the right size.GOLD FADES LOOKS VERY CHEAPThe gold color peeled/faded away and essentially became silver after a few weeks. My skin also got very irritated after switching to these and I’ve had my dermals for 6-7 years.They’re cute but doesn’t fit into any of my dermals, threads keep crossing no matter how many ways I try to insert it.They didn't stay screwed into place unfortunately lost both of them within about a week or so .TArnishes quickly and doesn’t lastGold color rubs off.
