I purchased this charm for my wife first pandora bracelet, The picture makes this look very pritty and i chose this because it is our sons birthstone. That being said the one that i recived was infact new but the tin in the glass was actully missing in some places witch almost got me to send it back... Almost meaning that i know that not everyone of these will look exactly like the picture but it is ok.
